10 Grain and Gluten Free Cookies (Made with Nuts)
I prepared this collection of 10 grain and gluten free cookies for anyone who loves sweet treats but has dietary restrictions. The dough of these cookies is based on different nuts and nut flours. Nits are high in protein, fiber, and healthy, monounsaturated fats. Most of the cookie recipes listed here are also vegan. I used plant-based ingredients and natural sugars to sweeten my cookies. Therefore, some of the recipes are heart healthy and diabetic friendly.
You can serve any of these 10 grain and gluten free cookies as a dessert, snack, or pack them in a lunch box. They can give you some extra energy if you have them with your afternoon tea of coffee. Since they are low on sugar and high on nutrients, they won’t make you crash like most cookies you buy at the store.

These chocolate walnut cookies are inspired by the very popular recipe for chocolate crackle cookies. The original recipe has flour as the main ingredient. There is nothing wrong with flour and grins in general. I think that healthy people should enjoy everything in moderation. I just wanted to offer more grain and gluten free recipes for anyone who needs them. In this recipe I used ground walnuts instead of flour. They are much more nutritious than refined flour.

Everyone who loves me knows how much I love chocolate with hazelnuts. I love to have it as a dessert or a snack, but my favorite way to enjoy it is with a cup of coffee. Chocolate Macarons with Peanut Butter Filling
Yes, macarons are also a type of cookie. These ones are really worth trying. No other dessert has a texture like the classic macarons. They are crunchy on the outside with a gooey and chewy center. Five Ingredient Tahini Cookies
I’ve created this recipe by combining some of my favorite ingredients. I love sesame and tahini so much! I can honestly have them every single day and I’m never going to be sick of them. When I was a child one of my favorite desserts was tahini halva, which is made from tahini and nuts. These cookies remind me so much of that dessert.
Low Carb Cinnamon Coconut Cookies
These low carb coconut cinnamon cookies are the perfect snack when I crave a soft baked cookie. The flavor reminds me so much of a type of Bulgarian honey cookie I used to eat when I was a child. They are also slightly similar to a snickerdoodle.
