The chocolate, raspberry truffles are so delicious and nutritious. They are the perfect snack for Valentine’s Day. You can make them ahead of time and keep them refrigerated until snack time. The sweet caramel flavor of the dates pairs so well with the aromatic and slightly tangy raspberries. The cacao adds bitter notes, which are typical for any chocolate truffle. The overall flavor is so balanced and satisfying. With this snack you can definitely create a romantic experience.
