Add the chocolate chip in a microwave safe bowl. Melt it for a minute in the microwave. Add the coconut oil to the melted chocolate and stir well.
Add all the ingredients for the smoothie bowl in a powerful blender and blend until smooth and creamy. The consistency should me more like a slightly melted ice cream than a smoothie. Transfer the the mixture to a bowl.
Spread a thin layer of the melted chocolate over the smoothie. You have to be fast because it hardens fast.
Serve with toppings that you like and enjoy while it is cold.
